Pneumatic Tools for Steel Strap
Two types of steel strap tools are available. The Separate Type separately tightens and tools, and the Combination Type performs these functions with one tool. Select the tool that is best suited for the intended working conditions and usage.
Separate Type
HP-32III Tightener
Our Separate Type products are pusher type lightweight and compact strapping tools. With the HP-32III Tightener, you can custom select the tightening force by adjusting the air pressure. You can then easily cut the hoops after you finish tightening by using the cutter tip. Use together with S or SW Series sealer.
S and SW Sealer
The S and SW Sealers are driven by compressed air to perform steel strap sealing instantaneously.
PDF Catalog
In order to open PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or another compatible application.
Combination Type
MP
Simply press the valve lightly, and the tool will quickly start tightening, sealing, and cutting residual strap chips; it will also reset itself.
L products for lightweight operations and H products for use with heavy cargo are available.
MF
This tool performs tightening, sealing, and cutting of residual strap chips quickly with one-touch operation. The MF Series is equipped with a seal magazine that automatically supplies seal.

MV (combination tool)
These lightweight, compact air tools enable you to use just one hand to perform operations from tightening valves to welding and cutting. MV Series combination tools obtain a stronger tightening force than electric tools and they possess exceptional reliability and durability. The MV Series can be used with all thermoplastic bands including PP and PET bands.
